As they sat in the garden, Sara confessed that she was "scared" about the possibility of leaving the house.
"Just don't worry about it," Lisa advised. "Go with the flow. There's nothing you can do. You're up, you're up. If you go, you go."
She added: "Keep it simple as you can cope a lot better than if you get flustered."
Sara said she was glad that Lisa was there, adding that she admired her for staying calm.
"Don't worry about it because you've done well to stay as long as you have," Lisa smiled. "It's exciting as well."
Lisa told Sara that she had a "bright future" ahead of her and would enjoy talking about the show.
"You talk a lot of sense," Sara declared, before pointing out that at least they had both won the money last night.
The pair then wondered how to style their hair without straighteners as the group could only afford to rent the basic bedroom this week.
